Ulsan Export Plaza to Host Export Consultations with Buyers from Eight Countries

【Financial News Ulsan = Reporter Choi Su-sang】 The Ulsan Export Plaza (ULSAN EXPORT PLAZA) 2026, which directly connects small and medium-sized enterprises in Ulsan with overseas buyers for one-on-one export consultations, will be held over two days from the 10th to the 11th.
According to Ulsan Metropolitan City on the 9th, the Ulsan Export Plaza has been held annually since 2012. This year’s event will be held in conjunction with the World Advanced Vision Expo 2026 (WAVE 2026), taking place at UECO.
On the first day, 17 overseas buyers from eight countries, including Austria and Vietnam, and 53 small and medium-sized enterprises from Ulsan will participate in export consultations at UECO.
Participating companies represent a range of sectors, including construction and chemicals, shipbuilding and automobiles, electricity and machinery, and consumer goods and services. Ulsan Metropolitan City will provide professional interpretation services to facilitate the consultations.
On the following day, the 11th, interested overseas buyers who participated in the consultations will take an industrial site tour of the Ulsan Next-Generation Battery Research and Development Center and the Hyundai Motor Ulsan Plant. The city plans to showcase the competitiveness of major industries and companies on site and support continued business cooperation after the consultations.
A city official said, "We will operate the Ulsan Export Plaza effectively so that it can serve as a practical export channel connecting local companies with overseas buyers," adding, "We will provide active support so that the consultations lead to actual export results."
