On the 9th, the Seoul Family Court's 3rd Family Settlement Division (Presiding Judge Jeong Dong-hyeok) granted a divorce in the lawsuit filed by Ms. Lee, the spouse of Chairman Kwon, and dismissed Ms. Lee's claim for alimony.

However, the court set the property division ratio for Ms. Lee at 35%, taking into account various factors such as the financial support from her family of origin.
