[Financial News] Hyundai Engineering and Construction will launch sales of Hillstate apartments this month in Pyeongtaek Godeok International City, Gyeonggi Province.
Hyundai Engineering and Construction announced on the 9th that it would launch sales of 'Hillstate Godeok Eliist' in Pyeongtaek Godeok International City, Gyeonggi Province.
The apartment complex being offered by Hyundai Engineering and Construction will be built in Blocks A12 and A65 of the Pyeongtaek Godeok International District. Block A12 will consist of 942 households in a structure ranging from one basement level to 23 above-ground floors. Block A65 will have 837 households, with two basement levels and 27 above-ground floors. By unit type, Block A12 will include 401 households of 84m2A, 176 of 84m2A1, 178 of 84m2B, 23 of 84m2B1, and 164 of 84m2C. Block A65 will comprise 500 households of 84m2A, 155 of 84m2A1, 155 of 84m2B, and 27 of 84m2B1. The complex's key feature is that all units have an exclusive area of 84 square meters, the size most preferred by end users.
The complex is subject to the price ceiling system.
Hyundai Engineering and Construction described the complex as a workplace-residential proximity development located near Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus. Pyeongtaek Godeok International City is expanding its scale as it integrates not only industrial functions but also administrative and educational facilities. Pyeongtaek City Hall is also scheduled to move to a new building, which is expected to lead to the development of infrastructure in a central commercial district focused on administrative functions.
Its proximity to Line 1's Seojeongni Station and SRT's PyeongtaekJije Station is also considered an advantage, providing convenient access to Seoul and the greater metropolitan area.
The complex's internal spaces were also carefully planned. Numerous four-bay, slab-style units were arranged to improve natural lighting and ventilation. The interiors focus on providing ample storage, including large dressing rooms and entrance pantries, while every household will have an auxiliary room to enhance space utilization. In addition to community facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, GX room, shower rooms, and a small library, childcare centers, senior centers, and care centers are also planned for each block.
Spaces for hobbies will also be provided. Each household will have a private storage unit for efficiently storing bulky sports and hobby equipment, such as camping gear and bicycles, for which demand has increased.
The Hillstate Godeok Eliist model home is scheduled to open in Godeok-dong in September.
A Hyundai Engineering and Construction official said, "The complex combines the price advantage of the price ceiling system, proximity to Samsung Electronics workplaces, and excellent living conditions," adding, "It will emerge as a new landmark in Godeok, backed by the premium of the Hillstate brand town."
