Saha-gu Tourism Dure Resident Business Urban Healing Hosts Familiarization Tour for Japanese Visitors

[Financial News] Urban Healing, a Tourism Dure resident business in Busan’s Saha-gu, is hosting a familiarization tour for Japanese university students and professors. The tour is expected to help identify tourism content outside Gamcheon Culture Village, which has grown beyond Saha-gu to become one of Busan’s leading tourist attractions.
Urban Healing and Saha-gu announced on the 9th that they would hold the “2026 Busan Saha-gu SAHA-Holic One Day Tour” familiarization tour on the 10th. A total of 66 people, including students and faculty members from five Japanese universities, will participate. After experiencing tourism content and programs in Saha-gu, they will provide feedback that will be incorporated into the development of tourism products for visitors from Japan and other countries.
The familiarization tour will begin with an orientation and lunch in the Eulsukdo area, followed by visits to the Nakdonggang Estuary Eco Center, Gamcheon Culture Village, and Dadaepo Beach. Participants will also take part in programs such as K-pop experiences and traditional-goods making along the way.
The Tourism Dure program is a resident-led tourism model in which local residents establish tourism businesses, discover local tourism resources, and develop regional tourism. Choi Sang Jun, the Tourism Dure project director for Saha-gu, said, "We will expand cooperation between local governments and resident businesses, centered on Urban Healing, and develop this into a global local-tourism product representing Saha-gu."
