Pusan National University (PNU) Unveils Sister Lee Hae-in's Donated Library 'Haein Seoga'

[Financial News] The Pusan National University (PNU) Library has unveiled 'Haein Seoga,' a donated collection containing the literary legacy and traces of the life of Sister Lee Hae-in, a poet and religious sister.
According to Pusan National University (PNU) on the 9th, an opening ceremony was recently held at the PNU Central Library for Haein Seoga, established with materials donated by Sister Lee Hae-in. The donated books and personal items total approximately 460 pieces.
The name Haein Seoga is derived from Sister Lee Hae-in's pen name, 'Haein (海仁).' Pusan National University (PNU) has created a cultural space where books and people, and literature and life, meet through the poetry, literature, and traces of life of Sister Lee Hae-in preserved in Haein Seoga.
Pusan National University (PNU) plans to develop various programs, including exhibitions, lectures, and reading-culture programs, that shed light on the literature and life of Sister Lee Hae-in. It also intends to expand the academic and cultural use of various donated materials, including those in Haein Seoga.
Lee Jun-hee, director of the Pusan National University (PNU) Library, said, "Haein Seoga is not merely a space for preserving Sister Lee Hae-in's precious materials; it is a place where people can encounter her literature and life through books and personal items, and where their value can be passed on to the next generation."
