The donation will be delivered through the Korean Red Cross and used for relief activities and recovery efforts in the affected areas.
A Hyundai Motor Group representative said, "We extend our message of sympathy to everyone suffering from the sudden floods in Nepal and Tibet, and hope this support will contribute, even in a small way, to the swift recovery of the affected areas."
Hyundai Motor Group has provided donations and essential supplies whenever major disasters have occurred overseas. Notable examples include the earthquake in Venezuela in July this year, wildfires in California in 2025, earthquakes in Morocco and floods in Libya in 2023, and the earthquake in Türkiye.
