"How Can College Students Invest Successfully in Stocks?" LS Securities to Hold Stock-Investment Lecture at Kyung Hee University on the 10th

[Financial News] LS Securities will hold a stock-investment lecture for college students at Kyung Hee University.
According to the financial investment industry on the 9th, LS Securities will hold the lecture from 4:30 p.m. on the 10th in Room 407 of the former College of Korean Medicine building at Kyung Hee University in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. LS Securities is hosting the event, while Kyung Hee University’s financial society KECOBUGS is organizing it.
The college student stock-investment lecture is part of LS Securities’ youth financial education program, which provides information on stock investing and mentoring on careers in the financial investment industry. Since 2023, the program has visited universities and engaged with students.
At the lecture, Yeom Seung-hwan, director of LS Securities’ Investment Content Team, will discuss industrial changes in the AI era and key leading stocks. Lee Hye-min and Lee Jeong-min will then speak on the National University Student AI Trading Challenge and practical tips for getting a job at a securities firm, respectively.
Participants will also have the chance to win prizes through a raffle, including a Samsung Galaxy Book5, Baedal Minjok gift certificates and chicken mobile vouchers.
An LS Securities official said, "We hope this lecture will provide an opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of the capital market and gain practical help in planning their careers."
Meanwhile, LS Securities has been providing education for college students, including a recent Korean National Team Development Education Program to support their participation in CME Group’s Global University Simulated Investment Competition.
