Shindonga Construction Wins Beomcheon 1 District Small-Scale Housing Redevelopment Project... Worth KRW 250 Billion

[Financial News] Shindonga Construction has been selected as the contractor for a small-scale housing redevelopment project in Beomcheon-dong, Busan. The construction cost is estimated at around KRW 250 billion. With this contract, the company’s cumulative urban redevelopment orders this year have surpassed KRW 350 billion.
According to Shindonga Construction on the 9th, the Beomcheon 1 District Small-Scale Housing Redevelopment Project will develop a residential complex and ancillary welfare facilities at and around 737-7 Beomcheon-dong, Busanjin District, Busan. The project will comprise three apartment buildings with 499 units and a 76-unit officetel, ranging from five basement levels to 42 floors above ground.
In June, Shindonga Construction successively won contracts for a small-scale housing redevelopment project in Bisan-dong, Anyang-si, worth KRW 50.3 billion, and another in Pungnap-dong, Songpa District, Seoul, worth KRW 54 billion. A Shindonga Construction official said, "We plan to continue pursuing quality contracts, focusing on areas with solid locations and limited risks."
