Ewha Womans University Alumnae Association to Hold Large Bazaar on the 15th Promoting Ethical Consumption and Sharing

[Financial News] A large urban marketplace offering fresh agricultural and regional specialty products and household goods from across the country at affordable prices will open on a university campus.
The Ewha Womans University Alumnae Association announced on the 8th that it will hold the “2026 Regular Large Bazaar” on the 15th at the plaza in front of the Ewha Womans University College of Human Ecology Building and Student Culture Center in Seodaemun District, Seoul. The event will be an open sharing event where alumni, current students, faculty and staff, nearby residents, and members of the general public can freely shop and enjoy themselves.
The marketplace will offer a wide range of practical products at prices consumers will appreciate. Stalls will feature high-quality agricultural products and regional specialties brought in from across the country, handmade goods carefully crafted by alumnae, and donated items reflecting the practice of reusing and sharing goods. Clothing, cosmetics, shoes, stationery, household goods, and a variety of food products from well-known domestic and international brands will also be sold at more reasonable prices than those found in regular stores.
The bazaar has been prepared jointly by 58 departments and undergraduate programs, six graduate schools, and 25 domestic branches, giving it a substantial scale. As a signature annual event of the alumnae association, it was organized and prepared directly through the combined efforts of the alumnae network.
The Ewha Womans University Alumnae Association said, “We prepared the event so that citizens can purchase quality products at affordable prices while also enjoying things to see and eat.” It added, “We hope this will be an opportunity to share the meaning of not only exchanges between senior and junior alumnae, but also raising funds for the alumnae association and sharing with our neighbors.”
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 15th.
