Renault Korea Labor and Management Hold Signing Ceremony for 2026 Wage and Collective Agreement

[Financial News] Renault Korea held a signing ceremony for the 2026 wage and collective agreement at its Busan plant on the 8th, attended by representatives of labor and management.
Labor and management at Renault Korea reached a tentative agreement through 15 rounds of negotiations since their first meeting in April. The agreement was subsequently approved by more than half of employees at a general meeting held on August 26, bringing the 2026 wage and collective agreement negotiations to a close.
The agreement includes a 51,000-won increase in base pay and a total of 2.5 million won in one-time payments, including a settlement bonus. 
Following the settlement of the wage and collective agreement, Renault Korea plans to focus its company-wide capabilities on improving performance and successfully carrying out new projects.
