Musinsa Standard Opens Its Second Large Store in Myeong-dong

[Financial News] Musinsa Standard is targeting global customers by opening its second store in Seoul’s Myeong-dong.
According to MUSINSA on the 8th, the Musinsa Standard Myeongdong Central Store occupies approximately 500 pyeong (1,653 square meters) across floors 1 through 4 on Myeongdong 8-gil, near Myeongdong Station. It offers men’s and women’s fashion, as well as lifestyle goods and cosmetics.
The Myeongdong Central Store is introducing the Musinsa Standard Custom Service for the first time. The service allows customers to create their own T-shirts by combining visual elements from Seoul and Korea. In collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, customers can use the city brand SEOUL, MY SOUL, its signature characters Soul Friends, K Souvenir inspired by the minhwa painting Hojakdo, and graphics from domestic designer brands SLOWCOASTER and LAKE STUDIO.
The store will also be the first offline location to unveil Musinsa Standard’s fall/winter 2026 campaign, “Seoul, Standard.” An event will be held to mark the opening. Based on demand from international customers observed at its Myeong-dong store, MUSINSA plans to expand its presence in the area.
A Musinsa Standard representative said, “We will continue strengthening our brand competitiveness so that we can establish ourselves as the K-fashion brand that customers visiting Korea must experience in Seoul.”
