GS E&C to supply 'Yeonje Gallery Xi' in Busan... 499 units

According to GS E&C on the 8th, Yeonje Gallery Xi will consist of three buildings, ranging from four underground floors to a maximum of 43 above-ground floors, with a total of 499 units, all with an exclusive area of 84m2.
The complex will be built on the site of the Xi Gallery. Its key locational advantage is transportation. The complex is situated in a 'triple station area,' close to Yeonsan Station, a transfer station for Busan Metro Lines 1 and 3; Busan National University of Education station, served by Line 1 and the Donghae Line; and Geoje Station, served by Line 3 and the Donghae Line.
Nearby are E-Mart Traders Yeonsan Branch, E-Mart Yeonje Branch, Lotte Department Store Dongnae Branch, and Homeplus - Asiad Branch.
Waterfront walking paths have been established along nearby Oncheoncheon Stream and Dongnae Hot Spring River Citizen Park. The complex is being built on a flat site, which is highly preferred in Busan, a city with extensive mountainous terrain. Mixed-use developments, the reconstruction of Sambo Apartments, and the redevelopment of Yeonsan Districts 11 and 12 are currently underway around the complex.
Yeonje Gallery Xi will be the first application in Busan of the Xi apartment brand, which was renewed for the first time in 22 years. The complex features a predominantly south-facing layout and various floor plans, including four-bay slab and tower types, with enhanced storage spaces such as pantries and dressing rooms. The community facilities, under the 'Club Xiian' brand, are planned to include a fitness club, golf practice range, and small library.
Ahead of the opening of the model house, Yeonje Gallery Xi is operating a promotional center at 1045 Jungang-daero, Yeonje District, Busan, near Exit 7 of City Hall Station. The model house is scheduled to open in October.
