'Seven Years or 140,000 km' Free Warranty... Renault Korea Expands Benefits for After-Sales Customers

[Financial News] Renault Korea is introducing a new industry-leading free warranty extension service covering up to seven years or 140,000 km.
Renault Korea announced on the 8th that, starting in September, it will offer customers who purchase the Renault Filante and the 2027 Grand Koleos a free warranty extension of up to seven years or 140,000 km, significantly extending the existing warranty period.
The free warranty period for body and general parts, previously covered for three years or 60,000 km, and for major engine and powertrain components, previously covered for five years or 100,000 km, will all be extended to a maximum of seven years or 140,000 km. The program is intended to provide customers with greater peace of mind throughout their vehicle ownership.
The free warranty extension applies when customers visit an official service network nationwide once a year after taking delivery of their new vehicle for a complimentary inspection covering 12 items and a paid engine-oil change.
Renault Korea has also prepared special maintenance benefits to help customers drive safely and comfortably during the fall season. Customers who replace their engine oil with premium engine oil by October 31 will receive a discount of up to 20%.
The company has further strengthened its after-sales service benefits through various promotions, including a 20% discount on three accessories for the Renault Filante—dedicated side steps, a trunk entry guard, and door spot lamps—a 20% discount on Grand Koleos tires, and support for accident-vehicle repair costs.
