"Helping K-Creators Go Global": TikTok and RAPA Join Forces

[Financial News] TikTok is partnering with the Korea Radio Promotion Association (RAPA) to support Korean creators’ expansion overseas. The partnership will support creators throughout their growth, from content production education and infrastructure support to domestic and international exchanges, expanding opportunities for Korean content to reach global audiences.
TikTok announced on the 8th that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with RAPA to support Korean creators’ global expansion and promote the creator media industry.
The two organizations will jointly support the global expansion of outstanding Korean creators and exchanges at home and abroad. They will jointly operate events and educational programs related to the creator media industry and connect creators with production facilities and infrastructure. They also plan to jointly develop new cooperation models to promote the industry.
Through the agreement, TikTok plans to strengthen its cooperation with RAPA and expand opportunities for Korean creators to enter overseas markets and engage in exchanges.
Jung Jae-hoon, Head of Operations at TikTok Korea, said, "We will continue various forms of cooperation with the Korea Radio Promotion Association to help outstanding Korean creators discover new opportunities and grow on the global stage, while also further promoting Korea’s creator media industry."
