[Financial News] NOL Interpark Tour and NOL Ticket services have been integrated into NOL. The company aims to improve the app experience by consolidating its previously separate services in one place and offering users a wider range of choices.
According to industry sources on the 8th, existing NOL Interpark Tour and NOL Ticket customers can check their previous reservations and use the same services simply by converting to NOL integrated membership, without having to register again. Triple is also scheduled to be integrated into NOL in early November.
NOL is expanding its services beyond product discovery and reservations to travel and leisure as a whole through offerings such as the conversational artificial intelligence (AI) service “AI Nori,” travel-itinerary generation, and “Discovery,” an AI-based curation service that recommends personalized content.
The integration further strengthens NOL’s product and content base across travel, leisure, and culture. Going forward, NOL plans to connect its extensive products and content, along with customers’ accumulated usage experiences, with AI technology to recommend travel and leisure activities tailored to individual preferences and purposes, while supporting users from planning through execution.
Through this effort, NOL plans to accelerate the implementation of an “AI Travel Agency (ATA)” that connects the entire customer journey across travel and leisure.
Yoon Hyun-mo, chief product officer (CPO) of Nol Universe, said, “This integration is the starting point for connecting the travel and leisure products and features that customers have used across separate services into a single NOL, so that we can offer them a wider range of choices. Going forward, we plan to continuously add key features, including travel itineraries and AI, and create a service that naturally connects the entire experience—from the moment customers explore and plan their travel and leisure activities to the moment they actually enjoy them.”
