[Financial News] Barun Law LLC will hold a seminar with Korean-affiliated Australian law firm H & H Lawyers to examine strategies for Korean companies and investors seeking to enter and invest in Australia.
Barun Law LLC announced on the 7th that it will hold a joint seminar titled 'Strategies for Entering and Investing in Australia and Global Asset Transfers' at 4 p.m. on the 17th in the main auditorium on the 15th floor of the Barun Building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The seminar will cover key legal and tax issues to consider when entering and investing in Australia, as well as procedures for overseas investment. It will also introduce practical matters that should be prepared from a long-term perspective, including wealth management, inheritance and gifting, and business succession involving assets in both Korea and Australia.
The seminar will consist of four sessions. Barun partner attorney Jo Woong-gyu will give a presentation titled 'Global Wealth Management and Asset Succession Strategies.'
H & H Lawyers managing partner Hong Kyung-il will speak on 'Trends in Entering and Investing in Australia and Foreign Investment Regulations,' while attorney Jo Ok-ah of the same firm will present on 'Australia's Tax Environment and Investment and Asset-Holding Structures.'
