Arrested for causing a disturbance on the street, turned out to be a 'drug offender'

Jeonju Wansan Police Station in Jeonbuk announced on the 7th that it had arrested and was investigating Mr. A, a man in his 30s, on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Mr. A is suspected of taking drugs and causing a disturbance on a street in Wansan-gu, Jeonju-si, at around 9 a.m. on the 4th.
Police dispatched after receiving a report of a disturbance sensed something suspicious and conducted a preliminary test. After the test came back positive for methamphetamine, they urgently arrested Mr. A.
The police detained Mr. A the previous day due to concerns about recidivism and are investigating whether he committed any other offenses.
