Global Sae-A Recruits Former Shinsegae Vice President Kim Min-kyu as Head of Management Strategy Office

[Financial News] Global Sae-A, the holding company of the Global Sae-A Group, has recruited Kim Min-kyu, formerly an executive vice president overseeing management support at Shinsegae Group, as its new head of the Management Strategy Office and president.
According to the Global Sae-A Group on the 7th, President Kim previously served as a vice president at Shinsegae Group and as an executive director in charge of strategic support at CJ Group, leading strategy and management support operations. He also gained experience across corporate management, including human resources, auditing, legal affairs, public relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and internal and external risk management. Until recently, he served as vice president of Semyung University.
President Kim will be responsible for defining the Global Sae-A Group’s future growth direction and strengthening strategic coordination among its affiliates. He will also oversee responses to major management issues and internal and external risk management.
A Global Sae-A official said, "With the recruitment of President Kim, we will strengthen the holding company-centered strategic function."
