[Financial News] On the 7th, the National Police Agency decided that custodial investigation of Rep. Kim was necessary and planned to apply for an arrest warrant.
However, there is a possibility that the Prosecution Service may not request an arrest warrant from the court, and as he is a sitting member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, the procedure for obtaining the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea's consent to arrest must also be followed in order to detain him during the legislative session.
