According to police on the 7th, Seoul Yeongdeungpo Police Station has booked and is investigating a man in his 50s, identified by his surname initial A, on suspicion of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act by filming with a camera or other device.
A is accused of secretly filming the bodies of two teenage girls with his cellphone at around 4:40 p.m. on the 5th at Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul, where the Seoul International Fireworks Festival was being held.
