[Financial News] Kim Min-seok, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, said in a floor leader’s address at the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea on the 7th, "Following the third revision of the Commercial Act, we will continue to pursue market-system reforms, including stronger disclosure requirements and the introduction of an evidence-disclosure system (discovery)."
