KB Financial Group Inc. Hosts 'Group Integrated AI Agent Competition'

[Financial News] KB Financial Group Inc. announced on the 7th that it held the '2026 Group Integrated AI Agent Competition' on the 3rd at the KB Kookmin Bank New Building in Yeouido, Seoul.
The competition was organized to discover artificial intelligence (AI) agents applicable to actual work and to spread best practices throughout the group.
A total of 116 teams and 316 participants from seven affiliates—KB Financial Group Inc., KB Kookmin Bank, KB Securities, KB Insurance, KB Card, KB Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and KB Capital—participated. Following preliminary rounds held by each affiliate, 12 teams advanced to the finals.
KB Financial Group Inc. is utilizing AI as a core technology to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making, while simultaneously providing customers with a better financial experience. By applying AI agents to various business areas such as data analysis, internal support, and customer consultation, the group is enhancing its AI utilization capabilities at the group level.
The Grand Prize was awarded to KB Insurance’s ‘Customer’s KB’ team, which unveiled the ‘Customer Care AI Control Center’ that monitors and evaluates the entire process of consultation and claims work based on AI.
