LG Electronics Wins 'Best Brand Award' at Innovation Awards [IFA 2026]

【Berlin, Germany = Reporter Im Soo-bin】LG Electronics announced on the 4th that it had reinforced its standing as an innovative company by winning the top award, the 'IFA 2026 Best Brand,' at the 'IFA 2026 Innovation Awards' held in Berlin, Germany.
The IFA 2026 Best Brand is the top brand award of the IFA Innovation Awards, which was established last year. It is presented after evaluating overall brand excellence, including technological innovation, market impact, and design. The IFA Innovation Awards comprehensively assess innovation, technological capabilities, design, and market impact to select outstanding brands and products in each category.
At this year's ceremony, seven LG Electronics products made the list of winners, including the Best Brand award; the next-generation wallpaper TV LG SIGNATURE OLED W (model W6), which won the Best in Home Entertainment award; and the home audio system LG Sound Suite AI, which won the Best in Audio award.
LG SIGNATURE OLED W, which won the Best in Home Entertainment award, was praised for its Hyper Radiant Color technology, an embodiment of LG Electronics' expertise in picture quality. It was also highly regarded for presenting a new premium TV experience that naturally blends into living spaces through its ultra-slim design, which sits flush against the wall with a thickness of around 9 mm—about the width of a pencil—and its wireless transmission technology, the world's first to receive low-latency certification.
LG Sound Suite, which won the Best in Audio award, is a new-concept audio system that supports Dolby Atmos FlexConnect. The technology automatically detects speaker positions in a room and creates optimized three-dimensional sound, providing a more flexible, personalized, and immersive home audio experience.
In addition, five other products from LG Electronics received awards of excellence: the 2026 LG OLED evo AI; the next-generation premium LCD TV lineup, LG Micro RGB TV and LG Mini RGB TV; the lifestyle portable screen LG StanbyME 2 Max; and the party Bluetooth speaker LG xboom Stage 501.
