September is the peak season for autumn presales... Sales of 1,021 units begin next week

[Financial News] As September marks the peak season for autumn presales and supply volume has increased significantly compared to the previous month, a trend of selective subscriptions based on location and presale price is expected to become more pronounced.
According to Real Estate 114 on the 4th, general sales for 1,021 units out of a total of 2,852 units across seven complexes nationwide will begin in the second week of September. With private housing sales in Seoul and public housing subscriptions in Gyeonggi Province proceeding side by side this week, demand is expected to concentrate on complexes featuring reasonable price competitiveness and excellent living conditions.
Brownstone Wolgok Central, located in Hawolgok-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, is being constructed through the Dongshin Apartment Small-scale Reconstruction Project.
