【Financial News Jeonnam-Gwangju = Reporter Hwang Tae-jong】 Gwangju Bank launched the 'Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Love Installment Savings' to commemorate the launch of the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City and support the promotion of hometown love donations.
 Earlier, Gwangju Bank launched the 'Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Love Deposit' and sold out its entire allocation amid strong customer interest.
 Gwangju Bank President Jeong Il-seon explained, "Following the strong interest shown in the 'Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Love Deposit,' we launched this installment savings product so that people can continue expressing their love for their hometown in their everyday financial lives."
 According to Gwangju Bank, the 'Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Love Installment Savings' is a fixed-amount installment savings product available to individuals aged 14 or older whose identities have been verified. Each person may open one account. The subscription period is 12 months, with monthly deposits ranging from 50,000 won to 1 million won.
 The product offers a base annual interest rate of 2.70%, plus a 0.50 percentage-point annual 'Integration Plus Preferential Rate' for celebrating the launch of the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City and an annual 'My Hometown Plus Preferential Rate' of up to 1.50 percentage points based on participation in hometown love donations to the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City. The maximum annual interest rate is 4.70%.
 Gwangju Bank is also holding the '58th Anniversary of Its Founding and Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Launch Event' through October 30. Among customers who open at least one of the 'Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Love Account,' 'Love Installment Savings,' or 'Love Deposit' products through non-face-to-face channels, 2,700 winners will be selected by lottery to receive 3,000-won digital Onnuri gift certificates.
 Gwangju Bank President Jeong Il-seon said, "We will continue expanding financial products and mutual-growth initiatives that can help promote hometown love donations and contribute to the development of the local economy."
 Meanwhile, Gwangju Bank held a launch commemorative event at its headquarters on the 3rd, attended by Jang Hyeon-jin, CEO of the restaurant Imgeumnim Chueotang, a supplier of return gifts for hometown love donations to the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City, and Myeong Yong-ok, CEO of kimchi seller Unrimg a. The participants shared the significance of revitalizing the hometown love donation program and promoting regional mutual growth.
