As a result, it is becoming popular among golfers from Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do, as well as those from the Seoul metropolitan area, as an ideal destination for distinctive stay-based golf programs.
Unlike conventional golf hotels, Haeundae Beach Rest Field stands out for its design, which emphasizes independence and privacy. The accommodations include Suite Houses and Pool Houses. Founded in 2012, Jumalen Golf is headquartered in Busan and operates an online sales and marketing business for golf and leisure products, primarily in the Yeongnam region. Recently, it has been expanding its "discounted remaining tee times" business, offering members discounted tee times at well-known regional golf courses that have not yet been sold. The system converts tee times that would otherwise expire unsold into revenue for golf courses, while allowing golfers to use imminent tee times on more reasonable terms.
Jumalen Golf uses a members-only closed sales model to reduce golf courses' burden of managing prices and brands that can result from publicly offering discounts. It is also pursuing methods to reduce cancellations and no-shows, including a system in which customers prepay a certain amount when booking online and pay the remaining green fee on-site, as well as real-time reservation integration.
Jumalen Golf is currently conducting targeted marketing for remaining-tee-time products and golf and leisure packages, leveraging its membership base of more than 40,000 people. Through "tour-style golf" content that expands golf beyond the round itself into travel and leisure, it plans to connect golf courses with regional leisure resources such as relaxation, tourism, and food and beverage.
