[Financial News] Kolmar Korea was invited to participate in a global fashion and textile materials exhibition.
Kolmar Korea said on the 4th that it was the first Korean cosmetics company to be invited to participate in Première Vision Paris.
The event is the world’s largest textile materials exhibition, offering a comprehensive look at the latest fashion trends, colors, and materials. Held in Paris, France, from the 1st to the 3rd local time, this year’s event featured around 900 companies from around the world, showcasing yarn, fabrics, designs, accessories, leather, and more.
This year, a 150-square-meter (approximately 45 pyeong) Cosmetics Village was established for the first time to expand collaboration between the fashion and beauty industries. Around 10 global beauty companies, including French firms, participated.
Kolmar Korea set up a booth in the main area showcasing seasonal trends, separate from the Cosmetics Village. Under the theme “The Meeting of Beauty and Fashion,” it designed the space to reflect the organizer’s fall/winter 2027–2028 trends and displayed 27 trend colors on canvases mounted on the walls.
Representatives from global fashion companies and luxury brands who visited the booth experienced K-beauty firsthand by mixing colors and trying on lip products.
A Kolmar Korea representative said, "This event was a meaningful opportunity to showcase Kolmar Korea’s technological capabilities and color cosmetics development expertise to the global market." The representative added, "We will continue to strengthen our competitiveness in color cosmetics and introduce differentiated products by incorporating innovative technologies."
