Lotte Department Store Daejeon Station announced on the 3rd that it will be holding 'Cosmetic Gift Week,' its largest annual beauty promotion, until the 6th. The event features global brands such as CHANEL Beauty, Dior Beauty, YSL Beauty, and Shiseido, as well as leading K-beauty brands including Sulwhasoo and HERA.
The promotion was designed to allow customers to purchase popular products and gift sets in one place during the period when demand for holiday gifts is concentrated. It features a variety of exclusive products available only at the Daejeon store, including YSL Beauty's 'Ink & Mesh Cushion Set,' Sulwhasoo's 'Jaumsaeng Cream 60th Anniversary Set,' and Estée Lauder's 'Brown Bottle Skin Booster & Brown Bottle Set.'
In addition, for customers preparing Chuseok gifts, a promotion will run from the 14th to the 23rd of this month across all beauty brands, offering Lotte gift certificates worth 5% of the purchase amount based on the same-day purchase amount from a single brand.
A wide variety of fashion and accessories events targeting the fall/winter (F/W) season will also take place. MINE, operated by Hanssem Fashion Group, will give a short down jacket with embroidery to customers who spend at least 2.5 million won from the 4th to the 20th, while TIME will give a belted knit outerwear item to customers who spend at least 3 million won from the 11th to the 27th.
The women's fashion brand BCBGMAXAZRIA will hold a 'Fall Popular Items Special' at its main store on the third floor from the 4th to the 10th, offering 50–70% discounts on F/W clearance items and Lotte mobile gift certificates worth 5% of the purchase amount based on spending tiers. MICHAA will hold a new-product promotion from the 4th to the 13th, offering a 10% discount on purchases of at least 500,000 won and giving MICHAA scarves to customers who spend at least 1 million won on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition, the 'Daks Shoes Uniform Price Sale' will be held in the event hall on the first basement floor from the 4th to the 10th, offering discounts of up to 70%. Men's and women's shoes will each be sold for 118,000 won, and ankle boots for 165,000 won.
The holiday promotion at Lotte Department Store Daejeon Station reflects the recent consumer trend of seeking practical premium gifts amid high prices.
