[Financial News] ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT), which is challenging the global DRAM semiconductor market led by Samsung Electronics and SK hynix, has begun recruiting new graduates from universities worldwide.
According to Chinese media outlets including Jiemian News and Global Times on the 3rd, CXMT recently announced on social media that it would hire more than 180 bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree candidates graduating next year from universities in China and abroad.
In its recruitment notice, CXMT said, "Technologies spanning the entire process, from design to manufacturing, are waiting for you," while also mentioning emerging fields such as artificial intelligence (AI) computing power and smart vehicles, starting with DRAM.
Work locations include Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province and the site of its headquarters, as well as Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an in Shaanxi Province. Japan was also listed as a possible work location.
Industry analyst Liu Dingding predicted, "High-tech companies rely even more on a small number of highly skilled professionals to drive growth," adding, "Talent working overseas will contribute to CXMT's competitiveness in global markets."
Following its initial public offering (IPO) in July, CXMT quickly rose to become the company with the largest market capitalization on China's mainland stock exchanges. More recently, it officially announced mass production of LPDDR6, a next-generation mobile DRAM.
