According to industry sources on the 3rd, Saramin completely revamped its 'AI Self-Introduction Letter Coaching' service ahead of the open recruitment season.
One of the main additions is a feature that uses AI to analyze applicants' self-introduction letters and assess their suitability for their desired companies and positions. Saramin also introduced personalized editing services, focusing on helping applicants effectively present their skills and experience before the document-screening stage.
Saramin previously enhanced its job-matching and recommendation functions by introducing AI-powered services such as 'Career Matching Agent' and 'AI Document-Pass Coaching.' Career Matching Agent is a service in which an AI agent provides real-time recommendations ranging from job postings to hiring strategies. It allows job seekers to search for information while communicating with the AI as if they were consulting a career adviser. In July, Saramin also launched 'Agent Fit,' an AI agent for corporate human resources managers.
JOBKOREA, which declared this year that it would transform into an 'AI-based HR tech group,' is also introducing AI services throughout the recruitment process. One Pick, a service that comprehensively analyzes job postings, companies, and job-seeker data based on AI solutions to match people with jobs, has become one of JOBKOREA's flagship services. Launched in 2023, One Pick surpassed 120 million cumulative job-posting views in just three years.
Buoyed by this growth, its monthly active users (MAU) reached approximately 10.86 million in the first half of this year. During the same period, it surpassed Saramin's 9.79 million, Remember's 4.83 million, and Incruit's 870,000 users.
Workphere, the operator of JOBKOREA, also established a new organization to further advance its AI services. The Insight Lake Team, launched in July, is responsible for managing the data needed to develop AI services. It currently consists of eight members, including data experts, and Workphere plans to expand the team further to strengthen its AI-based competitiveness.
Incruit operates Navi, an AI service specializing in recruitment and careers. Based on this service, it launched Newcomer Navi for entry-level job seekers in July. Using 28 years of accumulated recruitment data, the service analyzes the likelihood of being hired based on job postings and résumés.
An industry official said, "Recruitment is recently shifting from a system in which job seekers search for companies themselves to one in which platforms propose jobs to them." The official added, "We plan to further advance AI-based job-matching services by collecting various types of data useful for employment, including corporate rating data."
