Jeil Pharma Holdings Conducts Legal Training for Team Leaders Across All Affiliates

[Financial News] Jeil Pharma Holdings is strengthening its compliance management by providing legal training on contract practices and the Fair Trade Act to team leaders across all its affiliates.
Jeil Pharma Holdings announced on the 3rd that it had provided legal training to team leaders from every department at all its affiliates, including Jeil Pharmaceutical, Jeil Health Science, and Onconic Therapeutics.
Head office employees attended the training in person, while employees at factories, research centers, and affiliates participated online.
The training primarily focused on contract-related tasks frequently encountered in day-to-day operations. It covered the types of contracts requiring legal review, the scope of such reviews, precautions during the contract execution process, and contract management after signing.
Training on the Fair Trade Act was also provided. Participants examined major legal risks that could arise under the Act while concluding contracts or negotiating transaction terms, using actual business cases as examples.
Jeil Pharma Holdings focused on helping each department improve its ability to identify and respond in advance to legal risks that may arise during business operations. The company plans to continue providing legal training to strengthen employees’ compliance awareness.
Lee Joo-hyun, head of the Compliance Management Division at Jeil Pharma Holdings, said, "Because contracts arise in various business processes, it is important for employees in the field to clearly understand contract procedures and legal precautions."
