[Financial News] The People Power Party launched a fierce attack on candidate Yong. At the Supreme Council meeting on the 31st of last month, Representative Jang Dong-hyuk lashed out, saying, "They put forward the absurd Yong Hye-in card in response to the anger of young people," and added, "The anger index of the 2030 generation is on the verge of explosion and has crossed the critical threshold."

Floor Leader Jeong Jeom-sig criticized, "There is a clear intention to rally the 'left' by dividing people along ideological, generational, and gender lines, just like the Moon Jae-in administration, and to use that power to push for the cancellation of his trial."

Supreme Council Member Shin Dong-wook also commented, "Is he a figure who aligns with the fairness, justice, and common sense of young women?"

Supreme Council Member Shin argued, "It is common sense that when a proportional representative lawmaker is appointed as a minister, they step down from their parliamentary seat so that a lower-ranked candidate can take over legislative duties," adding, "Just by looking at their intention to retain their parliamentary seat, you can see their sense of entitlement."
