Hyundai Glovis to Recruit New Graduates in the Second Half of the Year, Assessing Competencies with AI

[Financial News] Hyundai Glovis is launching recruitment for new graduates across all business areas, including logistics, shipping, distribution and information technology (IT).
Hyundai Glovis announced on the 3rd that it will accept applications for its 2026 second-half new graduate recruitment program through the 13th.
Recruitment will cover all business areas, including logistics, shipping, distribution, IT, corporate support and planning. More specifically, the company is seeking talent for roles such as forwarding, industrial logistics, car carrier operations, project cargo vessel deployment, LNG vessel business and operations management, KD, international trade and trading.
Applicants must hold a bachelor's or master's degree or be scheduled to graduate by February 2027. They must be eligible to travel abroad and hold an accredited English-language qualification, such as the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC), TOEIC Speaking or Oral Proficiency Interview–computer (OPIc). Male applicants must have completed their military service or be exempt from it.
The hiring process will begin with document screening, followed by an artificial intelligence (AI) competency assessment and aptitude test in early October, first-round interviews from late October to early November, and final interviews in late November. Successful candidates are scheduled to join the company at the end of December.
Hyundai Glovis will conduct an AI competency assessment as part of this recruitment process to comprehensively evaluate applicants' job-related capabilities and suitability. The company will analyze applicants' ways of thinking and problem-solving processes through strategy games and video interviews, using the results to predict their job fit and performance potential.
The company is also holding recruitment fairs at universities. Hyundai Glovis employees and human resources representatives visit campuses to introduce the company's organizational culture, job roles and hiring process, while providing consultations to students.
It held its first recruitment fair at Yonsei University on the 1st and plans to hold the second at Sungkyunkwan University on the 8th.
