[Breaking] Seoul Bankruptcy Court Approves Rehabilitation Plan... 75.9% of Rehabilitation Creditors Vote in Favor

[Financial News] The rehabilitation plan for Homeplus, which is undergoing corporate rehabilitation proceedings (court-supervised management), has been approved by the court after obtaining the consent of creditors. If repayments are made normally according to the plan, the rehabilitation proceedings will be terminated.
Seoul Bankruptcy Court Division 4 (Presiding Judge Jung Joon-young of the 4th Division of the Seoul Rehabilitation Court) held a meeting of interested parties on the 2nd to deliberate and resolve the Homeplus rehabilitation plan, conducted a vote, and approved the plan.
The court stated that the voting results showed 100% of the secured creditors, 75.9% of the unsecured creditors, and 100% of the shareholders voted in favor of the plan, satisfying the requirements for approval.
