Person A, the husband, said he had refrained from attending church for a long time out of consideration for his wife, who stopped going after they married. His parents, who are devout believers, wanted the couple to attend worship together at least on Sundays and reportedly offered them spending money each time they attended.
Person A also explained how much time attending worship would take. He said, "If you go to church on Sunday, the service takes one hour, and including the travel time, it takes two hours on Sunday morning," before asking, "I think 200,000 won per attendance would be reasonable, but for those who do not attend church, how much would you need to be willing to go together?"

Users who read the post first mentioned the issue of losing their weekend time. They responded, "Going to church on Sunday is obviously weekend work," and "It should be at least 300,000 won, not 200,000 won."

User B viewed attending Sunday worship as essentially weekend work. He emphasized, "Sunday is like a ray of light for exhausted office workers, so I think they should pay about a month’s salary," adding, "It is not just the time spent at the service.
