[Financial News] A door camera captured a female neighbor who had complained about the sound of a dog spraying chili powder and cooking oil on items outside another home's entrance. Residents also alleged that she sprayed beer on childcare products and that noise-related damage had continued for about six months.
On the first, JTBC's 'Scandal Supervisor' reported the story of informant A, who lives in a villa in Incheon Metropolitan City. A said that a conflict with female neighbor B, who moved in last year, had continued since March.
At the time, B complained to A, saying, "The dog is barking too loudly." However, A reportedly said that the home camera footage from A's residence did not show the dog barking loudly.
A said that several households around the villa kept dogs, raising the possibility that B had mistaken sounds from another home for those made by A's dog.
Afterward, strange incidents continued outside A's front door. A plastic bag containing chili powder and a note reading, "Live your life cleaning up dog feces," were left there, and items placed outside the home also went missing.
A eventually installed a Doorcam in front of the entrance. Footage later reviewed by A showed B sprinkling chili powder on items outside the door. B was also reportedly said to have poured cooking oil on the items.
Another resident claimed to have suffered similar damage. The resident said B had sprayed beer on childcare products, and reportedly installed a Doorcam after the damage continued.
Residents complained that noise-related damage caused by B had also continued for about six months. They said hammering-like sounds continued regardless of the time of day, causing them severe stress.
One resident had a five-month-old baby who had been hospitalized for treatment for a brain hemorrhage and had returned home to recover. The resident also complained that the ongoing noise made it difficult for the baby to rest properly.
