[Breaking] Tugboat Capsizes Southeast of Oryukdo Islets, Busan... 2 Rescued, 6 Missing

[Financial News] A tugboat carrying eight people capsized in the waters southeast of Oryukdo Islets, Busan. Two crew members were rescued, but one of them remains unconscious. The Coast Guard is conducting a search for the remaining six missing crew members.
The Busan Coast Guard announced that it received a report at around 1:29 PM on the 2nd that tugboat A had capsized about 9 km southeast of Oryukdo Islets and dispatched rescue personnel to the scene.
The Coast Guard issued Level 2 Regional Rescue Headquarters and entered into an emergency response system.
According to the Coast Guard, there were six South Korean nationals and two foreign nationals on board Vessel A. Immediately after the capsizing, one of the crew members was rescued by a merchant ship sailing nearby, and an additional South Korean crew member was found unconscious and rescued by a coastal rescue boat.
A Coast Guard official explained, "We are mobilizing all available forces to search for the missing persons," adding, "However, we are facing difficulties due to the currents and waves."
The current weather conditions at the accident site are a northwesterly wind with a maximum speed of 6 m/s, a wave height of up to 1.5 m, and a current flowing in the northeast direction at a speed of 0.5 knots.
Upon being briefed on the accident, President Lee Jae Myung ordered that "all available resources be mobilized to ensure the utmost effort in rescuing lives and managing the aftermath of the accident."
