Young People Highlight Specialty Construction Industry Issues; Five Supporters Receive Awards

[Financial News] The Korea Specialty Contractors Association selected five supporters whose card-news posts and article-style content effectively highlighted the role of the specialty construction industry and key industry issues, with high standards of quality and communication.
The Korea Specialty Contractors Association held the Young Specialty Construction Supporters Awards Ceremony at the Specialty Contractors Association Building in Dongjak District, Seoul, on the 2nd, marking the conclusion of its first supporter program.
Park Geon-hee received the Grand Prize. Kim Ye-bom and Bae Eun-bin were selected for the Excellence Award, while Kim Seo-young and Jang Su-jin received Encouragement Awards. The winners were presented with certificates and prize money.
The Young Specialty Construction Supporters program was launched by the association for the first time this year to promote the value and role of the specialty construction industry and expand communication with younger people.
Since July, the supporters have created content on the association’s major projects, achievements in improving systems, and key issues facing the specialty construction industry. They shared the resulting card-news posts and article-style content through their personal social media accounts.
The winners were selected through a comprehensive evaluation of content quality, communication effectiveness, commitment to the program, understanding of the specialty construction industry and the association, and creativity.
The association said the winners presented industry issues and key messages in ways that were easy for young people to understand. Their use of various materials, including related articles and research papers, to enhance the content’s expertise and quality was also considered in the selection process.
Yun Hak-soo, chairman of the Korea Specialty Contractors Association’s central council, said, "It is highly meaningful that young people studied the subject themselves and introduced the value and role of specialty construction from their own perspectives. We will make use of the fresh content and ideas produced through this program in the association’s work, and we will continue to place greater importance on communication with the younger generation."
