"The reason I think becoming an actor was the right choice..." Kim Soo-hyun shares an update with a bright smile ahead of resuming activities in South Korea

[Financial News] Actor Kim Soo-hyun shared an update on his current activities with a cheerful appearance ahead of his return to the South Korean entertainment scene.
On the 1st, an interview video featuring Kim Soo-hyun and Indonesian private broadcaster RCTI+ was posted on the official social media account of his agency, Gold Medalist.
In the video, when asked about the appeal of being an actor, Kim Soo-hyun replied, "I can experience things I have never lived through as I make the appeal of a character my own. In that process, I can discover new sides of myself. That's why I think becoming an actor was the right choice."
He also showed some of his cherished possessions and introduced the items in his bag. Although he appeared somewhat thinner, he was reported to have shown a bright smile.
Kim Soo-hyun resumed his activities with a commercial shoot for Philippine fashion brand BENCH in July and is currently fulfilling overseas schedules, including in Indonesia.
Kim Soo-hyun is expected to make his first appearance at an official event in South Korea this month as a presenter at The Fact Music Awards (TMA). In October, he is scheduled to hold a large-scale fan meeting in Manila, the Philippines.
Kim Soo-hyun previously suspended his activities after allegations emerged in March last year that he had been in a relationship with the late actor Kim Sae-ron while she was still a minor. His side acknowledged that they had been in a relationship but explained that it began after Kim Sae-ron had reached adulthood. Kim Sae-ron's bereaved family filed a complaint against Kim Soo-hyun on charges including violating the Child Welfare Act, but Kim Soo-hyun was recently cleared of those allegations.
