[Financial News] The director of Saekdongwon, a residential facility for people with severe disabilities in Incheon, was sentenced to 15 years in prison at the first trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a resident with a disability.
Seoul Central District Court’s Criminal Division 29, presided over by Judge Eom Ki-pyo, held the sentencing hearing on the 2nd in the case against Kim, the former director of Saekdongwon, for violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (rape and causing injury, among other offenses), and sentenced him to 15 years in prison.
