According to the Korea Real Estate Board (KREB)'s Cheongyak Home on the 2nd, the results of the first-priority subscription application for 'Geomam Station Prugio Pravenue' held on the 1st showed that a total of 2,161 applications were received for the 114 units available for general supply, recording an average competition rate of 18.96 to 1.
The highest competition rate was recorded for the exclusive 60m2 Type A. With a whopping 263 applications for just two units, it recorded a high competition rate of 131.5 to 1, proving the intense interest of non-homeowning real buyers.
The primary factor behind this success is cited as its double-station location, which allows residents to walk to Geomam Station, a transfer station for the Airport Railroad and Incheon Subway Line 2. Using the Airport Railroad, it is possible to reach major business districts such as Seoul Station and DMC within 30 minutes, while simultaneously enjoying the abundant infrastructure of Gyeongin Ara Waterway Waterfront Park and the Cheongna and Geomdan New Cities. Furthermore, the differentiated specialized design unique to the Prugio brand, including a predominantly south-facing layout, a 4-bay flat structure (excluding some units), and ample storage space, has also received favorable reviews.
The future sales schedule includes the announcement of winners on September 8, followed by the signing of official contracts for three days from November 2 to 4. The resale restriction is three years from the date of the winner announcement, and the mandatory residency period does not apply.
The model house is located in the Gyeongseo-dong area of Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
