PlayD announced on the 2nd that it built a total of 42 AI agents and business automation tools during the approximately six-month operation of the second AI Task Force from February through August.
The second AI Task Force was conducted by having employees from each organization identify areas for improvement in their work and implement them as AI agents. PlayD provided practical training and AI tools while sharing use cases and results across organizations, rolling out proven cases company-wide.
A leading example is the “AI Keyword Insight Solution,” developed directly by an in-house account executive. From data collection and analysis to advertising strategy development and copywriting, the solution enables an AI agent to perform the entire workflow automatically.
Previously, the related work took about one to two days per person. Now, entering just one seed keyword produces analysis results in approximately 20 minutes. In particular, PlayD used insights and strategies generated by AI in actual proposals to advertisers, ultimately securing a global beauty advertiser.
In addition, PlayD employees developed and applied various tools to their work based on their respective job requirements, including an agent that automatically collects and analyzes competitors’ advertisements, an agent that automates the repeated production of staged product shots, and an AI agent for advertising review.
PlayD’s AI Task Force was first launched in July last year. While the first task force established a foundation for employees to use AI at work by identifying and sharing AI use cases by organization, the second task force went a step further by focusing on improving actual work processes and generating business results.
PlayD plans to continue sharing AI agents and automation cases proven effective in the field across organizations and rolling them out company-wide. Through this effort, the company aims to create an environment that reduces repetitive work and allows employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
Ahn Da-hee, head of the AI Task Force, said, “The greatest significance of this task force is that employees directly identified areas for improvement in their work, implemented them through AI agents and automation, and applied them in actual operations.” Ahn added, “We will continue expanding AI-based business innovation by rolling out outstanding AI agents and use cases company-wide, improving work productivity, and enabling employees to focus on high-value tasks.”
