HIRONIC Begins North American Distribution Through Venus Concept, Ships Initial Volume of “Doublo × Venus Signature Edition”

[Financial News] HIRONIC announced on the 2nd that it had shipped the initial North American volume of the “Doublo × Venus Signature Edition” through Venus Concept, a global medical aesthetics device company. The company said it has since received additional orders for equipment and consumables.
HIRONIC signed a distribution agreement with Venus Concept for the United States and Canada in July. Venus Concept will handle local distribution and sales, while additional orders will be shipped sequentially according to the supply schedule.
The agreement between the two companies is not limited to specific products. It allows them to expand their cooperation to include existing products and new products to be launched in the future. HIRONIC is shifting its North American business from a focus on finding local distributors to supplying products through Venus Concept’s direct-sales organization.
Venus Concept supplies products to more than 60 countries and operates its own sales organizations in 11 major markets, including the United States. HIRONIC plans to use Venus Concept’s sales network and network of hospitals and clinics for sales and service.
The “Doublo × Venus Signature Edition” being supplied is a North America-specific model developed based on HIRONIC’s “New Doublo 2.0.” The product combines a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling handpiece and a plasma handpiece on a single platform, and has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
A HIRONIC official said, “This agreement is a long-term partnership that can expand the scope of cooperation to include new products in the future. We plan to establish a foundation for North American sales by leveraging the local sales network and expand equipment supplies and consumables sales together.”
