Shinhan Bank to Provide 15.2 Trillion Won in Financial Support to Small and Midsize Businesses for Chuseok

[Financial News] Shinhan Bank will provide 15.2 trillion won in financial support to small and midsize businesses facing difficulties managing funds ahead of Chuseok.
According to Shinhan Bank on the 2nd, the financial support program will run through October 16. It includes new loans of up to 1 billion won per company, within the amount of funding required; preferential interest rates of up to 1.5 percentage points; maturity extensions without requiring partial repayment of principal; and deferrals of installment payments.
A Shinhan Bank official said, "We prepared this financial support to help small and midsize business customers manage their funds smoothly ahead of the Chuseok holiday. We will continue expanding inclusive finance to ease the financial burden on small and midsize businesses and small business owners and support stable operations."
