SNT Motive Selected as Excellent Company for Labor-Management Culture in 2026

[Financial News] SNT Motive, a Busan-based automotive parts manufacturer, announced on the 2nd that it has been selected as a '2026 Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company'.
SNT Motive attended the 2026 Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company Award Ceremony held at the Busan Eastern Branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor the previous day and received the certificate of excellence in labor-management culture.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor has been selecting excellent labor-management culture companies since 1996 to promote cooperative labor-management culture and strengthen corporate competitiveness.
This year, a total of 41 workplaces were selected as excellent labor-management culture companies, including 14 small and medium-sized enterprises, 15 large enterprises, and 12 public sector companies, following regional evaluations and case presentations of 112 workplaces that applied from across the country.
SNT Motive was named in the large enterprise category. This is its second selection, following 2021.
SNT Motive is resolving major issues at production sites through continuous communication with the labor union. It also received high marks for actively carrying out activities to improve the working environment, employee welfare, and safety management.
An official from SNT Motive's Management Support Division stated, "Communication and understanding between labor and management are the most important topics in corporate management," adding, "We will continue to strive to maintain an advanced labor-management culture through on-site management."
