Hana Bank Lifts Loan Restrictions...Resumes Applications for Mortgage and Jeonse Loans Through Brokers

[Financial News] Hana Bank has resumed loan broker applications for mortgage loans and Jeonse loans.
According to the financial sector on the 1st, Hana Bank restarted broker applications from that day for mortgage loans and Jeonse loans scheduled to be executed in November.
The bank had suspended broker-based applications on the 21st, limiting them to loans to be executed in November. The restriction was lifted after just 10 days.
Shinhan Bank also resumed applications for new loans through brokers on the same day.
The move is seen as a relaxation of related regulations as the target growth rate for household debt has been raised. Earlier, the financial authorities said they would double this year's household debt growth target to 3.0% from 1.5%.
