[Breaking] President Lee nominates PNU professor Kye Seungkyoon as chair of the Presidential Council on Intellectual Property

[Financial News] President Lee Jae Myung on the 1st nominated Kye Seungkyoon, a professor at Pusan National University (PNU), as chair of the Presidential Council on Intellectual Property.
Cheong Wa Dae senior spokesperson Kang Yoo-jung announced the appointment in a written briefing that day.
The new chair, Kye, is a legal scholar well versed in IP legislation who has expanded his expertise into AI and public contracts. Through his work with various government committees and academic societies, he has contributed to the development of IP policy and legislation.
