First 300-Unit Complex in Yangseo-myeon... 'Ssangyong The Platinum Hangang' to Be Supplied in October

[Financial News] Ssangyong Engineering & Construction will launch 'Ssangyong The Platinum Hangang' in Yongdam-ri, Yangseo-myeon, Yangpyeong County, Gyeonggi Province, in October. With a total of 333 households, this will be the first complex in Yangseo-myeon to be supplied at a scale of more than 300 units.
According to Ssangyong Engineering & Construction on the 1st, Ssangyong The Platinum Hangang will be built in the area of 212-3 Yongdam-ri, Yangseo-myeon, Yangpyeong County, Gyeonggi Province. It will consist of six buildings, two basement levels and up to 19 floors above ground. Unit sizes include 74m2, 84m2, 123m2 and 146m2P.
The complex has a station-area location, with convenient access to Yangsu station on the Gyeongui–Jungang Line. Express trains from Yangsu station can reach Wangsimni station and Cheongnyangni station in Seoul in about 30 minutes. If the Seoul Subway Line 9 extension reaches its fifth phase, access to Jamsil and Gangnam is expected to improve further through transfers.
By car, the site offers access to Hanam-si in about 15 minutes, Songpa District in 30 minutes and Gangnam in 40 minutes via Gyeonggang-ro and the Capital Region First Ring Expressway and Sudogwon Second Ring Expressway. The Sinpaldang Bridge, scheduled to open in the first half of 2027, and the planned Seoul-Yangpyeong Expressway are also being promoted.
Yangsu Elementary School and Yangsu Middle School are located in front of the complex. Yangseo High School is within walking distance.
The complex is located where the Namhan River and Bukhan River meet, and some households will be able to view both rivers from within the complex. The project site in Yangseo-myeon is part of a water source protection zone. Such zones are designated to preserve water quality and are limited to certain areas, including Namyangju, Gwangju, Hanam-si and Yangpyeong.
Inside, the developer plans to maximize openness with glass railings and a panoramic Han River view design. Community facilities such as a fitness center and an indoor golf practice range are also planned.
Meanwhile, the model home for Ssangyong The Platinum Hangang will be set up at 581-6 Yongdam-ri, Yangseo-myeon, Yangpyeong County, Gyeonggi Province. It is scheduled to open in October.
