Han Dong-hoon: "Democratic Party TV airs at 7 a.m., so is only dawn delivery dangerous?"

[Financial News] On the 1st, Han Dong-hoon criticized the Democratic Party of Korea's push to restrict dawn delivery, citing the party's 7 a.m. broadcast, "Democratic Party TV." He asked, "Is working at dawn to serve the Democratic Party safe labor, while working for dawn delivery that consumers, delivery drivers and sellers all want dangerous labor?"
In a post on social networking service (SNS) that day, Han said, "In short, most people oppose the Democratic Party's push to restrict dawn delivery, except for the Democratic Party itself."
He added, "Working mothers who have to juggle demanding jobs and childcare rely on dawn delivery, so they are worried. Delivery drivers are worried that their income will fall if dawn delivery is restricted." He continued, "Small business owners who sell goods through dawn delivery are worried that the burden will be shifted onto sellers. Even though all the parties involved oppose it, only Democratic Party politicians are raising their voices to push for restrictions."
He went on to say, "Their outward excuse is that working at night is dangerous." He then asked, "I want to ask the Democratic Party: if 'Democratic Party TV' starts broadcasting at 7 a.m., do the writers, producers and camera directors not work through the night or at dawn to make that possible?"
Han also claimed, "It is said that 96% of delivery drivers oppose the Democratic Party's push to restrict dawn delivery." He argued, "Even if the Democratic Party restricts it by law, delivery drivers will simply look for other night-shift jobs."
He concluded, "The Democratic Party's own double standard, saying night work is fine when it is what the party wants but not when it is what the public wants, is something people are tired of." He added, "I hope the party keeps both feet on the ground and puts the center of politics in people's daily lives."
