[Financial News] iM Bank announced on the 1st that it will provide 2026 Chuseok special fund loans to ease funding shortages for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners ahead of the Chuseok holiday, while also supporting the local economy.
The special loan program will be operated on a total scale of 100 billion won, including 50 billion won in new loans and 50 billion won in maturity extensions. The support period runs from the 7th to the 8th of next month.
Each company can receive up to 1 billion won, which can be used as working capital for wage payments and raw material purchases. In particular, preferential interest rates will be offered based on credit evaluation results, helping reduce the financial burden on small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners.
Bank president Kang Jung-hoon said, "I hope the Chuseok special fund loans will provide practical help to local small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners who are facing difficulties."
